The development and publication of this ethics simulation were the result of a collaborative effort by faculty and administrators from the Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University, the University of Wollongong in Dubai and the Dubai University College. They were facilitated by the Dubai Ethics Resource Center and paid for with a generous grant from Shell and in kind support from HCT.
